We are all family

 and the planet is our home.

 Today is the first day of the rest of my life.

 I have 100% of my life left to live.

Today is my last day of blogging. I didn't quite achieve what I set out to do.

 Thank you to any body who has followed my blog.

 Thank you to the beautiful people whose  blogs I have followed. Life has been more wonderful  for having had you in my life.

 I have 1005% of the rest of my life to live.

I have measured the success of my life knowing that my entire family have turned out to be brilliant, good and caring adults. There is nothing else that compares. C

From My Garden

My heart is opening ever wider and wider.
Love flows in and love flows out ever increasingly.
 I feel great.
I love people around me and people enjoy my company.

The weather has been so changeable. Yesterday is so warm and today is very chilly. There is quite a breeze
blowing today and I think that sneaky wind is what is making the weather so much  cooler today.

This week in our town we have a country muster happening. The show grounds look like "caravan city". There are 800+ caravans in our showgrounds there to join in the event. Caravans started to arrive 2 weeks ago, and musical things have been happening since Tuesday. We are so close we can hear a lot of the music which is very enjoyable. This big event is so good for our town, finacially, tourist wise, socially, spiritually (our church was full of visitors last week and will probably be again this week) and of course, joyfully, because of all the lovely music that is happening there.

 But the really great thing is, that we have a visitor who is visiting the event, but staying with us.... IN HER CARAVAN! It has been so lovely to have her here.  We have so little company that we are revelling in having someone to share our lives with. This lady is so friendly and so sharing. We are so lucky to have her share her time with us.

Yesterday I went for remedial massage with Simone. I came away feeling like heaven. But while I was there I picked up a little quote. They always have a quote at the front door of the practce that I attend. It fitted in with what is happening at the moment and I want to share it:

"Love Is energy. Pass it forward. It starts with us."

Our friend has passed her love, her lovely company and beautiful attitude on to us and I'd like to pass some of the joy I have received from that on to you. C

Journey to discovery



On this foggy morning it was minus 3 degrees and positively
 freezing. Just couldn't get warm. But by lunchtime it was toasty warm again.

Today is the first day of the rest of my life
 I have 100% of the rest of my life to live.

Life brings me only good experiences.
I am ready to be open to new and wonderful changes.

I am so excited.  I am going to join a choir. Tonight will be my first practice. I have long been a fan of this choir, and have thought I'd like to join. But for me it's always been "I'm gunna...." but it doesn't happen. So here I am on my way at long last, getting past the "I'm gunna" stage. I have few abilities to sing, but I like to sing, and always sang to my children when they were little. I can sing tunefully.So hopefully I can be good at this new activity. My D.I.L. and grand children have been part of an 80 voice choir which I loved so much. They have so much fun with their singing. So here's hoping this new experience will be as rewarding for me too.


I am discovering, as each day passes, that life can be a great adventure.
 There can be so much to discover.
 Life is an amazing journey as I have discovered in my life journey so far.
 We can bring true meaning into our life when we embrace changes that nourish us in our heart and soul and mind 
So join me each day on my journey... through the mundane and the exciting.
