Don't be fooled by that happy smile.

The smile on my face does not mean my life is perfect.

It means that I appreciate what I have been blessed with.

I choose to be happy.

We can appreciate life even if it's 

not perfect.  Happiness is

not fulfillment of what

we wish for, but an

an appreciation of what we have.

Once we start appreciating our life,

that is when we realise

how much we truly have to be thankful for.

My word for today is "APPRECIATION!"

I choose to live each day with love and joy in my heart.

What Insight will I gain?

 Please don't cry because something has ended.

Smile because it has happened.

 Maybe this will be a new beginning.

May be we need to take a chance on trying something new.

Unless we do we'll never know 

how absolutely perfect

 that new something may turn out to be.

Whoever you are,

there is somebody younger than yourself

who thinks that you are perfect.

There is some work that would not be done

if you do not do it.

There is someone who would miss you

if you were to leave.

There is a place that only you can fill.
