Just a few minutes each day.......

 

I choose....

to live by CHOICE,

not by chance;

to make changes,

not EXCUSES;

to be MOTIVATED,

not manipulated;

 to be useful, not USED;

to excel, not compete.

I choose....

Self Esteem,

not self pity;

I choose....

to LISTEN to my inner voice,

not the random OPINIONS of others.

.......making the right choices can transform my day.

 

My word for today is "TRANSFORM!"  

 

 

 

 

 

Yesterday Is Gone

Treasures In The Garden

Yesterday can't be brought back

No changes can be made.......

I am told:

Time is like a river.

 We cannot touch the water twice,

because the flow of the river flow,

that has passed

will never flow this way again.

 Enjoy every moment of this life

....... think carefully on every word we say, every action we take,

 for we can't go back and change any hurts we have caused.

My word for today is :"YESTERDAY"

 I am sorry for any past hurts  I caused.

 I would go back and change any hurts; but I can't. 

 I can only say "I'm sorry!"

The journey keeps on keeping on.......

Whilst on this journey.......

While on the journey called "Life",
Take the good with the bad.
Smile even when you feel sad,
Love what you've got,
Remember what you had,
 Always Forgive,
You don't have to forget,
Learn by the mistakes you have made...
But never Regret.
 People change,
 Things can go wrong.
Just REMEMBER
the journey still goes on.

To Know when You Have Succeded

How will you know you have succeed in life?

 

To laugh often and much;
to be respected by your peers;
when you have received the affection of children;
when you earn and are appreciated by honest critics;
when you can endure betrayal by false friends;
when you can appreciate the beauty that surrounds you;
when are able to find good in other people;
when you can leave the world a better place than when you entered it,
whether it be by a healthy child, 
a garden patch,,
a changed social condition;
to know that even one life has been made easier
because you have lived and trod upon this earth.

  This is to have succeeded in life.

Chances Are....

What Insight will I gain?

 Please don't cry because something has ended.

Smile because it has happened.

 Maybe this will be a new beginning.

May be we need to take a chance on trying something new.

Unless we do we'll never know 

how absolutely perfect

 that new something may turn out to be.

  

Chances are, the chances are awfully good!

We have the power within to make changes for others and for ourselves

Too often 

we underestimate the power of

a touch, a genuine smile,

a kind word,

a listening and hearing ear,

 an honest compliment,

or even the smallest display of kindness and caring.

All of these acts have a potential to make changes in the lives of others.

 

Can we make time to pass on these small deeds and exert influence to cause changes for those around us?
