to smile, laugh and be happy.

Lots of reasons to be STRONG!

Today I was reading and picked up this gorgeous uplifting piece of prose and thought I would share it with my blogging friends.

Laughter is

the fireworks

of the soul.

If only I could always remember that and incorporate it in all of my everyday living.

   As we are living our day- today life, we often fail to see that.......

 

 

While we teach

our children about life,

our children teach us

 what life is all about.

 

.......that while we are teaching and giving example, we, too, are also learning new things.

Put an idea where there was once a blank page.......

 

It is not what we GATHER,

 but what we SCATTER

 that tells us what kind of LIFE

.....and take an old idea, put a gloss on it, so that it is revitalised, might just be the path to helping us to view life another way.

For what makes a "house" a home can never be sold.

With bearing, sharing and caring, loving and living,
And no matter how simple or humble its worth,
 A home is a bit of HEAVEN on earth.

So that's how we create our own " bit of heaven on earth"!

 it's the inside that really matters.
 Inside each person is a  living, breathing,feeling human being,
 who is deserving of kindness, and compassion and acceptance.
 Let us open up our hearts.
 Look at what is really important for that person and inside that person.


Look past faults.
Find the beauty and goodness within.

 

 

To Know when You Have Succeded

How will you know you have succeed in life?

 

To laugh often and much;
to be respected by your peers;
when you have received the affection of children;
when you earn and are appreciated by honest critics;
when you can endure betrayal by false friends;
when you can appreciate the beauty that surrounds you;
when are able to find good in other people;
when you can leave the world a better place than when you entered it,
whether it be by a healthy child, 
a garden patch,,
a changed social condition;
to know that even one life has been made easier
because you have lived and trod upon this earth.

  This is to have succeeded in life.
