Give it a Go

superhealthylivingjourney.com

Treasures In The Garden

Be inspired.

Look for your blessings.

We need to live our life

without living in fear.

We need to be ready to take a chance.

We cannot live our life

being afraid of what will happen next.

That is not what living our life is about.
                                                        Never Backwards

My word for to day is "LIVING!"

I WILL live in JOY!

Lighting an Inspiring Flame

Treasures In The Garden

Igniting the flame which has become extinguished

by a sad happening for someone we know.......

  At times our own
light can go out and be
rekindled from a spark
lit by another person.
Each one of us has cause
to think with deep gratitude
 of someone who has lighted
 the dwindling flame within us.

....... can be a wonderful achievement by a caring person, and inspiration for those in need  of a helping hand.

My word for today is "IGNITING!"

A day well spent

Treasures In The Garden

Believe in yourself.......

Believe within your heart
That something wonderful
is about to happen for you.
Believe in the power you have within you.
Believe in your own potential.
Believe in your own special goodness.
Wake each morning feeling at peace.
 Greet each new morning
in awe of being alive.
LIVE EACH DAY WELL!

....... Wake to each morning  with gratitude

My word for today is "Believe!"

What delights me?

Treasures In The Garden

What stirs my heart with joy and gratitude?

In the busyness of each day I pause and reflect.......

.....and ask for mindfulness
that raises my awareness
to feel the touch of God,
to hear the whisper of God
and to see the beauty of God
in all events that happen each day.

I look back on each day and ask myself where was the touch of God for me this day?

And I sit with these images, and breathe, and quietly say a simple prayer of thanks for the things that were good this day.
