consumed. Happiness is

the spiritual experience of

living every minute with

love, grace and gratitude.

When life throws us

down and cry, show life that 

we have a thousand reasons

to smile, laugh and be happy.

Lots of reasons to be STRONG!

Remember the time to be happy is NOW!

TIME waits for no one.

I choose to live with joy and happiness in my heart.
