The Weaver

My life is but a weaving between my Lord and me;

I cannot choose the colours but He works on steadily.

Often times He weaves in sorrow and I in foolish pride

Forget He see the upper, and I the underside.

Nor till the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to to fly,

Does God unroll the canvas and explain the reason why.

The dark threads are as needful as the weaver's skilful hands,

 As the threads of gold and silver on the pattern He has planned.

He knows. He loves. He cares- Nothing the truth can dim

He gives the very best to those, who leave the choice with Him.

Those who feel love.......

 

An angel kissed my tears away,

Today when I was sad,

I wasn't feeling quite myself,

My day had been so bad.

I felt a warmth brush by me,

That quickly dried my tears.

A gentle,kind and loving touch,

That seemed to hold me near.

Immediately I felt better,

And the day seemed brighter too,

I guess that's just the way you feel...

When an angel touches you.

We step out into the garden of this world .

Every single day we plant seeds

but God does.

around yourself with care.

I hope that you plant only goodness and peace and compassion

in the lives of everyone you meet.

If we equate success in business with rewards of riches, power and fame,
 What rewards do we receive for the investment 
of generosity, services, and humility,
turning the other cheek,
loving each other unconditionally,
loving ourselves?
Is our reward "prosperity of spirit"?

Beautiful things take place in our lives
 when we distance ourselves from all that is negative......., 

 

.......and only build on being positive, productive and peaceful.

A recipe for sustenance on the way.....

1 cup of confidence:

  1 cup of love;

In a pan of happiness

Mix the above;

 Add a pinch of tenderness,

1 tablespoon of trust:

Stir well in the sunshine,

 Roll out a loving crust,

Flour with contentment,

 Keep all free from strife,

Fill with understanding, 

And bake well for all your life. 

Stay well equipped to continue the journey with strength.

 Making a house a home.......

You cannot buy a home with silver or gold. 
For what makes a "house" a home can never be sold.
 A home must be paid for with loving and living,
With bearing, sharing and caring, loving and living,
And no matter how simple or humble its worth,
 A home is a bit of HEAVEN on earth.

So that's how we create our own " bit of heaven on earth"!
