with the broken pieces of yesterday.

Every day is a new beginning.

Every morning we wake up

of the rest of our life - our NEW life!

that arises in my life,

a much more pleasant experience.

we need to recognise that

makes us be grateful.

If we look at what we
 have not got in life........
we don't have anything.

If we look at what we
do have in life .......
We have everything.

.......joy is the key.

When we are" sailing "through the journey of life....

We have no control over the "wind".
 However, we do have the power to adjust the "sails".


We can think about situations (that make us sad) that arise in our life,
where we can make adjustments
 and so cause a difference to the outcome.

Moving On to New horizons

That time is now over....

time for a new you.

 

Don't hold on to bitterness,

and don't be full of hatred,

 when someone you love,

no longer loves you

 the way you love them.

Ask,

Listen,

Let go!

 Don't try to understand what you can't

Don't fight. It's obviously over.

Don't play deaf to the obvious truth-

what you had before doesn't work now, 

and won't work anymore.....

that time is now over, you need to move on.
