I signed up to the gym this week.

Upon enquiring about a class that

was being offered. I was instructed

that I should wear loose fitting clothes.

If I had loose fitting clothing I wouldn't

have signed up for a class in the first 

place would I ?

Truer words have not been spoken.

Make Love.

Add to somebody's happiness,

And grow your own happiness

As a consequence.

My word for today is "MAGIC!"

 I plan to live each day with a heart filled with magic and joy.

I am going to add PEACEFUL to my POSITIVE from the other day.

Actions can easily become habits.

for that will soon become your destiny.
