Making life more than existence

Treasures In The Garden

Looking at how many ways.......

Life is an opportunity
benefit from it.
Life is beauty,
admire it.
Life is a dream,
 realize it.
Life is a challenge,
meet it.
Life is duty,
complete it.
Life is a game,
 play it.
Life is a promise,
 fulfill it.
Life is a sorrow,
overcome it.
Life is a song,
sing it.
            Mother Teresa

.......to make life a working journey.

My word for today is "Life!"

Dreaming Can Change the World

Treasures In The Garden

In Singapore

When we begin with our dreams.......

Every great DREAM begins
with a DREAMER.
Remember: we have STRENGTH
and PATIENCE within us
and PASSION
to reach for the stars,
and CHANGE the world.
                        Harriet Tubman

.......and change our world!

Words to live by

Treasures In The Garden

Butt prints in the Sand

One night, I had a wondrous dream:
One set of footprints there was seen.
The footprints of my precious Lord,
But mine were not along the shore.
But then some stranger prints appeared,
And I asked the Lord,"What have we here?"
"Those prints are large and round and neat,
But, Lord, they are too big for feet."
"My child," He said in sombre tones.
"For miles I carried you alone.
I challenged you to walk in faith,
But you refused and made me wait.
So I got tired and fed up,
And there I dropped you on your butt,
Because in life, there comes a time,
When one must fight, and one must climb,
When one must rise and take a stand,
Or leave their butt prints in the sand.
